The participant and coach map out the direction and parameters of learning, with the coach providing expert guidance in areas related to communication, language and nuances of culture. The participant can focus on one specific curriculum area – such as effective writing, pronunciation or leadership communication skills – or to pursue a multifaceted approach. Topics may include English core-language skills; Conversational practice; Leadership communication strategies; Communication tactics; Work-related communication tasks; Intercultural fluency.

Scheduling details are arranged based on your preferences. For optimal leaning, we recommend a series of ninety-minute sessions spread a week apart. However, we are also able to accommodate half-day and full-day intensive training requests. Time slots are available both within and outside of business hours.
In most cases, coaching takes place on-site at your location. Centres currently served include Toronto/GTA, Waterloo Region, Ottawa, Calgary and Vancouver. Clients outside of these areas may opt for telephone coaching or one of Gandy’s e-learning courses.
