Gandy courses are now available by virtual classroom. As distance is no barrier, employees from any location can participate and unlike online self-study, this format works because it is live, small-group training. Participants interact with the facilitator and other participants in one-to-one, small-group and whole-group exchanges. Dynamic group activities, including discussions, presentations and scenario role-plays ensure participants master transferable skills. Power Point slides and an electronic white board are used to present materials and facilitate group interaction. It’s an ideal distance learning solution!
Group sizeGroup sizes typically range from six to ten participants. We also accommodate smaller groups of two to five people and offer individual coaching.
ScheduleScheduling details are arranged based on your preferences. Online courses are usually ninety minutes per week for ten to fifteen weeks. Time slots are available both within and outside of business hours.
LocationsWith a webcam and microphone, participants log-in from their own workstations. To ensure easy access and avoid firewalls, we use your organization\'s virtual meeting platform.
