Participants develop an understanding of 5 key intercultural dimensions and learn ways to adapt their communication and behavior to suit a North American work setting. The learning is put to practical use by discussing and role-playing customized scenarios from their specific work environment.
For a dynamic, interactive learning experience, we recommend a group size of 6-10 participants. We can also accommodate larger and small group sizes at your request..
To enable participants to absorb and apply the learning, we recommend a series of two-hour to three-hour learning sessions spaced a week apart. We can also accommodate other schedules at your request.
Training is delivered at your workplace or other agreed upon location.
